Install new, 48"x48" GFD horizontal molding line. |

Add sand cooling, casting cooling,
and sand handling. |
FS&D RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, provide and install new sand cooling system, casting handling and cooling system, electrical interconnection, all piping (pneumatic, water and hydraulic), all electrical controls. |

Modify existing return and prepared sand systems |
|
|
Building additional to accommodate molding system including foundations and floors. |
|
|
Install new molding machine and auxiliaries. |
|
|
Start-up and commissioning services. |
